Monday, Aug 25

How I Met Your Mother (CBS, 8:30 p.m.) – Before “The Bro Code” comes to a bookstore near you, check out its origins as Barney struggles to find a loophole after sleeping with his bro’s ex-girlfriend.

The Closer (TNT, 9 p.m.) – Kevin Bacon directs his missus in tonight’s episode.

The Hills (MTV, 10 p.m.) – Whitney finally gets some play in New York.

My Super Sweet 16 Presents: Exiled (MTV, 10:30 p.m.) – The parents of those spoiled party girls finally wise up and send their daughters to remote locations instead of lavishing them with new cars.

Tuesday, Aug 26

House (Fox, 8-10 p.m.) – Back-to-back reruns showcase House, Wilson and Amber’s three’s-a-crowd relationship and Sex and the City‘s Jason Lewis as a soap star.

Greek (ABC Family, 9 p.m.) – Buffy‘s Charisma Carpenter returns to do damage control after Spring Break in tonight’s season premiere.

Wednesday, Aug 27

Bones (Fox, 8-10 p.m.) – Before the new season starts, catch up on last season’s finale two episodes, which include a shooting, a serial killer and karoke.

Project Runway (Bravo, 9 p.m.) – Based on the title of tonight’s episode — “Fashion That Drives You” — we’re thinking scrap metal for dresses.

Thursday, Aug 28

Grey’s Anatomy (ABC, 9 p.m.) – Addison returns to Seattle Grace in this repeat to knock some sense into her old coworkers. Is it just us or is Addison ten times more awesome in Seattle than in Los Angeles?

Ace of Cakes (Food Network, 10 p.m.) – The gang models a cake after the Stanley Cup.

Friday, Aug 29

The Soup (E!, 10 p.m.) – Joel McHale dishes up all the reality highlights of the week so you don’t have to waste an hour watching Celebreality.

Saturday, Aug 30

Day of rest. Take a breather. Go outside.

Sunday, Aug 31

Mad Men (AMC, 5 p.m.) – Still not watching? Catch a marathon of this season’s first five episodes, followed by a new episode at 10 p.m.

Skins (BBC America, 10 p.m.) – Chris’ mom leaves him to fend for himself. Naturally, he throws a party.

Robot Chicken (Cartoon Network, 11:30 p.m.) – Seth Green’s stop-motion spoofs are back to poke fun at everything from Pac Man to the Super Friends.
